How a device moves through our secure process
Collect
Devices are scanned, listed by serial number and signed over by your nominated officer.
Secure
Assets are transported and held securely, onsite or in a controlled facility.
Sanitise
Data is erased or media destroyed using an approved method, then verified.
Certify
You receive device level reports and a certificate, and assets are redeployed or recycled.

What clearance levels does your team hold?
Our team holds Australian Government security clearances. Please contact us to discuss the clearance level required for your site or project.
Can you sanitise devices without removing them from our premises?
Yes. Onsite sanitisation is available for devices that cannot leave your facility.
What records will we receive?
You receive device level reports including serial numbers, the sanitisation method, result and date, along with a summary certificate for your records.
How do you protect personal information?
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
